Stiffened, smooth and flat construction made of durable Cordura® fabric is equipped with a two-way YKK zipper and nylon straps. Front with sewn-on velcro panel with reflective marking in the shape of a Paramedic cross. Additionally, the handle and zipper ends are equipped with retroreflectors.

Helikon's “Rule # 2” patch is the second in a series of firearms handling patches presented in a fun way. The second rule says “Bang! Goes here ”shows the barrel of a gun positioned simply in front of the reader. The graphics with the inscription are on a white background consistent with other patches in the shooting series.
