The Compact Med Pouch Horizontal by Direct Action is a compact tool designed for carrying essential pre-medical first aid supplies with a vertical mounting system in mind. Constructed from durable Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon, and laser-cut laminate, this pouch has been specifically engineered for attachment to the rear of a belt. It pairs perfectly with the HORNET® Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, but can also be attached to any MOLLE/PALS compatible platform or a belt with a width of up to 45mm using the practical paracord loops.

The functional Med Pouch Horizontal MkII by Direct Action belongs to the manufacturer's second generation of medical pouches. This design was created in response to user feedback. The flat pouch is partially elastic, allowing it to accommodate even larger medical equipment items. It has dimensions of 240 mm x 140 mm x 40 mm, slightly larger than the previous version.

The 2-Way Tourniquet Pouch from Clawgear is designed for convenient carrying of a tourniquet. The pouch has a pass-through design, secured with Velcro flaps on both sides, which prevents the tourniquet from accidentally falling out while providing easy access in emergency situations. The mounting system is based on a single strap, allowing the pouch to be attached to any MOLLE platform on a belt, vest, or backpack.

The IFAK Rip-Off Pouch Core by Clawgear has been designed to accommodate most essential medications needed for personal first aid. The pouch is securely held in place by two straps connected by a buckle and a velcro at the back of the pouch. The IFAK can be easily detached by opening the buckle and tearing the pouch apart.
