Direct Action Compact MED Pouch Horizontal – All Available Variants

The Compact Med Pouch Horizontal by Direct Action is a compact tool designed for carrying essential pre-medical first aid supplies with a vertical mounting system in mind. Constructed from durable Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon, and laser-cut laminate, this pouch has been specifically engineered for attachment to the rear of a belt. It pairs perfectly with the HORNET® Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, but can also be attached to any MOLLE/PALS compatible platform or a belt with a width of up to 45mm using the practical paracord loops. The pouch is designed to accommodate most popular medicines and tools required during missions, securely held in place by elastic loops. The minimalist insert, featuring a Hypalon® handle, allows for one-handed access. Additionally, a wide loop at the top of the pouch is ideal for carrying tourniquets, while the back of the insert can be used to attach a pocket for scissors with Velcro. Furthermore, the "MED" label facilitates quick identification of the pouch, making it extremely useful in emergency situations.
