Direct Action Dust MK II Backpack – All Available Variants

Dust MK II is a compact 21.9 l backpack for EDC, light tactical loads and short trips. Its 42 × 14 × 26 cm dimensions keep the pack close to the body while still providing separate organisation for daily equipment and electronics.

Main storage and protected equipment

The main compartment includes a hydration-bladder pocket and a padded computer sleeve, while the front section adds an internal organiser for smaller items. Additional external pockets provide quicker access to gear that should not be buried in the main load.

Laser-cut modular platform

Front and side laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panels allow compatible pouches to be added where extra capacity or specialised organisation is needed. A loop ID panel provides a dedicated place for identification, and the woven 550-cord handle gives a simple top grab point.

Stowable carrying system

The Combat Vent System® back panel improves airflow against the back. Both shoulder straps and the waist belt are fully adjustable and can be stowed inside the back panel, allowing the backpack to become a cleaner travel-bag shape with fewer loose straps.

Materials and size

Dust MK II uses 225 g/m² Cordura® 500D with a 100% nylon main textile and 100% polyester lining. It weighs 1169 g, and the main compartment accounts for 16.7 l of the total capacity.
