The Razor HD 10x42 binoculars by Vortex combine advanced technology with the highest quality materials. Featuring carefully selected prisms and Premium HD (High Density) lenses with ultra-low dispersion, the image is incredibly sharp and crystal clear. All optical elements are coated with XR anti-reflective coatings, significantly enhancing light transmission. The optimized phase of the BaK4 prism ensures a sharp and high-contrast image across the entire field of view. Roof prisms are coated with dielectric multilayer coatings, which increase light reflection for a sharper, more natural image, surpassing models with cheaper aluminum coatings. The magnesium housing makes the binoculars lightweight without compromising durability. Argon filling prevents lens fogging in high humidity and sudden temperature changes. Compared to commonly used nitrogen, argon is a heavier gas, reducing its escape from the binocular's interior.
