The Diamondback BDC riflescope from Vortex® is a versatile hunting scope with variable magnification, featuring a BDC reticle in the second focal plane and a one-piece aluminum tube filled with argon. The Vortex Diamondback 1.75-5x35 1" BDC is a solid and lightweight sight, perfect for daytime hunting in diverse terrain. The 1.75-5× variable optics excel at shorter distances, making it an excellent choice for young hunters seeking affordable and reliable optics for group hunting. The one-piece 25.4 mm diameter tube, made from anodized aluminum, is scratch-resistant and shockproof, ensuring durability even on heavy hunting rifles. The scope has compact dimensions (295 mm) and weighs only 403 g, providing convenience for mounting on various firearm models and ease of movement in challenging terrain. With its sealed and argon-filled optics, it prevents internal fogging and is resistant to fog, rain, and shock. The lenses are coated with multiple anti-reflective layers, ensuring high light transmission, a bright and contrasting image, and clear visibility even at maximum magnification. Additional hydrophobic coatings prevent water droplets from settling, allowing the scope to be used in rain and snow. The 35 mm objective is optimal for daytime shooting. The Dead-Hold BDC reticle in the second focal plane allows for quick and precise aiming at different distances, thanks to the additional grid divisions. The reticle maintains a constant size regardless of magnification, making it ideal for driven hunts. The capped turrets with 1/4 MOA clicks offer a wide adjustment range of 125 MOA vertically and horizontally, as well as quick resetting without tools. The parallax is factory-set at 90 m, ensuring accuracy at typical hunting distances.
