Kompaktowa kamizelka Thunderbolt Compact Chest Rig firmy Direct Action łączy ze sobą funkcjonalności dwóch najwyżej ocenianych kamizelek producenta - Hurricane i Tiger Moth. Dodatkowo została uzupełniona zgodnie z sugestiami użytkowników. Chest Rig jest wykonany z materiału Cordura® 500D od wewnątrz podszytego softshell.  Ma stałe, regulowane ładownice na magazynki AR/AK/SR. Pod nimi znajduje się poziomy rząd komórek MOLLE/PALS pozwalający na rozszerzenie konstrukcji o dodatkowe kieszenie. Niewielka kamizelka taktyczna Thunderbolt jest kompatybilna z modułami Spitfire czy Hellcat dzięki odpowiednim klamrom. Po bokach ma dwie zapinane na klamry kieszenie. Mogą służyć do przenoszenia drobiazgów czy apteczki, podobnie jak zapinana na suwak przednia kieszonka. Dodatkowo na przodzie znajdują się dwie kieszonki na magazynki pistoletowe zapinane na klapkę z rzepem. Szelki tworzące system nośny są niskoprofilowe. Zawierają sloty PTT. Pełna regulacja wraz z poziomym pasem stabilizującym zapewniają komfort przenoszenia oporządzenia.
