This knife has a single-sided stainless steel blade designed for right-handed use. The back of the blade is blunt, which allows you to push the blade with your other hand. The blade has a smaller bend radius. Morakniv® has optimized the blade so that it is possible to cut even easier on the inside of the bucket or bowl. To protect you and the blade, an ingeniously simple blade guard made of vegetable-tanned Swedish leather is included.
