A simple dog tag by Helikon-Tex in the American system consists of two plates on a chain. Stainless steel plates are prepared for engraving or stamping insignia, logotype, blood type or other inscriptions or graphics. The whole thing weighs only 21 grams. A ball chain consists of two parts. One long, for the first dog tag and hanging around the neck, and the second, short, for attaching the second tag. Helikon stainless steel dog tags have black, silencing rubber covers. They help to avoid the noise of reflecting metal parts.
