Training insert that reproduces the load and multicurved shape of a 25 × 30 cm plate without exposing operational armor to training wear. The 1.5 kg version is intended for conditioning, movement drills and equipment familiarization.
The plate is made from high-density rubber. Its curved profile and rounded edges are designed to sit inside a compatible plate bag in a way similar to a real multicurve insert.
Nominal format is 25 × 30 cm / 10 × 12 in, with a confirmed thickness of 20 mm and training weight of 1.5 kg.
Using a dedicated training weight lets the carrier, shoulder straps and cummerbund work under load without repeatedly dropping or striking expensive ballistic plates.
It is useful for strength and conditioning, dry equipment drills and other exercises where a realistic front/back load is required instead of an empty carrier.
This product has no ballistic properties and must not be used as ballistic protection. It is a training weight only.
