Templar's Gear TPC Plate Carrier Gen 4 – All Available Variants

Low-profile plate carrier designed to keep the protective platform light while still supporting a complete modular fighting load. TPC Gen 4 combines 25 × 30 cm plate bags with interchangeable front and rear interfaces.

Front and rear compartments are designed for 25 × 30 cm hard ballistic inserts, a common footprint that helps keep the body of the carrier compact.

The standard set includes front/rear plate bags, shoulder comfort pads and a low-profile MOLLE cummerbund, plus an AR/AK Gen 4 shingle front panel and a standard front panel.

Harness and cummerbund adjustment use hook-and-loop interfaces, allowing the carrier to fit the torso and different clothing layers.

Laser-cut construction reduces sewn-on webbing while preserving modular attachment points. The material is Cordura 500D-based laminate with IRR treatment.

At the front, CPC-family panels can be fitted, making it possible to swap preconfigured magazine or utility layouts instead of rebuilding every pouch.

The rear accepts dedicated zip-on panels for hydration, cargo or other modules that can be installed and removed as a complete package.

The low-profile cummerbund supplies side MOLLE space without turning the carrier into a bulky full-coverage vest; shoulder comfort pads help distribute loaded weight.

Fit is best set before adding pouches: establish plate height and body tension first, then arrange the front panel, side equipment and rear module around access priorities.
