TPC Gen2 Plate Carrier Set is a modular TPC Gen2 plate-carrier set with laser-cut MOLLE attachment surfaces.
The front panel is removable and configurable, while the shoulder sections and skeletal cummerbund are adjustable.
Cordura 500D-based laminate forms the main structure of this Gen 2 carrier.
The removable front-panel system separates the front loadout from the main carrier body, so the panel can be configured as its own module while the laser-cut MOLLE surfaces remain available elsewhere on the carrier. The Cordura 500D-based laminate provides the structured base for these attachment areas.
Fit is adjusted at both the shoulder sections and the skeletal cummerbund. Those two adjustment points control the carrier’s vertical position and side tension independently, which is more specific to this Gen 2 set than a single fixed torso adjustment.
Plate fit is size-specific: size M accepts SAPI/ESAPI plates up to 24 × 32 cm, while size L accepts plates up to 26 × 34 cm. The M and L carrier sizes therefore have different maximum plate envelopes rather than one universal plate pocket.
The front and rear plate panels are joined and adjusted with hook-and-loop at the shoulders, complementing the separate skeletal-cummerbund adjustment. The complete carrier weighs 0.70 kg, while the removable front panel remains a separate configurable module.
