Hybrid side system that stabilizes a plate carrier while adding modular MOLLE/PALS space and fast ROC opening. It is designed as an upgrade or replacement for compatible TPC, CPC ST, CPC ROC and similar Velcro-mounted carriers.
The construction combines a rigid laminated section with an elastic section: the rigid part supports attached pouches while the elastic part follows breathing and torso movement.
Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS openings provide mounting for magazine, radio, medical and utility pouches while open cells reduce unnecessary material and support ventilation.
ROC quick-release buckles open the carrier from the side without repeatedly separating the full front hook-and-loop interface.
Circumference is adjusted through the hook-and-loop mounting, helping the cummerbund work with compatible front/rear Velcro carrier interfaces.
Confirmed fit ranges are S 85–95 cm, M 90–110 cm, L 105–125 cm and XL 115–135 cm. Select a size that leaves useful adjustment reserve.
Cordura 500D / Cordura laminate with IRR-treated components is used to maintain support when side pouches are attached.
Heavier equipment should be distributed deliberately and should not block the ROC release path or interfere with arm movement.
