Templar's Gear Crusader Plate Carrier ROC Gen 4 – All Available Variants

Full-featured modular plate carrier built around rapid donning, quick release and extensive MOLLE/PALS integration. Crusader CPC ROC Gen 4 supports mission-specific pouch and panel configurations.

Front and rear plate bags accept hard inserts up to 25 × 30 cm in the referenced M SAPI format, keeping protection close to the torso while leaving the outer surface available for equipment.

ROC quick-release buckles are used on the cummerbund and shoulder/harness system, allowing the carrier to open without repeatedly peeling large hook-and-loop areas.

Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS covers the functional mounting areas for magazine, medical, radio and utility pouches or compatible front panels.

The rear section includes zipper interfaces for dedicated back panels, allowing hydration, cargo or specialist modules to attach as an integrated rear package.

CoolMax spacer/padding areas on the body side improve airflow and help distribute pressure. Shoulder pads and adjustment points support vertical and horizontal fit.

The adjustable cummerbund adds side mounting space, while cable and hydration routing loops help keep wiring and drinking tubes close to the carrier.

A front loop field supports identification patches and the rear evacuation handle creates a defined emergency grab point.

The referenced M configuration weighs approximately 850 g without ballistic plates and mission pouches; final weight depends on armor and equipment.
