Conversion system that lets compatible CPC/TPC front panels work as a stand-alone chest rig instead of remaining tied to a plate carrier. It is useful when one prepared placard needs to move between armored and unarmored setups.
The kit includes the chest-rig harness that carries the front panel on the torso and provides the shoulder/back support needed away from the plate carrier.
Side expansion MOLLE wings add attachment space beyond the placard for radio, medical or utility pouches.
A CoolMax panel covers the hook-and-loop surface that would otherwise face the body, improving comfort and preventing exposed hook from catching on clothing.
The conversion kit uses Cordura 500D-based laminate with IRR treatment, matching the construction approach of Templar’s Gear modular carriers.
The CPC/TPC front panel or placard is not included. The product is the supporting harness and side-expansion structure.
This approach lets magazines and core mission items stay on one panel while the user chooses either a plate carrier or a lighter chest-rig harness.
Fit should place the placard high enough for access without interfering with belt equipment or breathing, and side-wing loads should remain balanced.
