AZ1 Gen 1.1 Rip-Off First Aid Pouch is a medical pouch designed to carry first-aid equipment.

MOLLE compatibility allows it to be mounted on a compatible load-bearing platform.

The pouch is made from Cordura.

The AZ1 uses a two-part rip-away arrangement rather than mounting the medical pouch directly to the carrier. Its transport panel is woven to MOLLE with two straps, while the pouch itself attaches to that panel by hook-and-loop. The anchor panel can therefore remain on the carrier when the medical module is detached.

A Fastex-buckle strap adds secondary retention over the hook-and-loop attachment. For removal, the grab handle is designed for one-handed rip-away release from the anchor panel, so detachment uses a defined handle-and-panel mechanism rather than relying on the main zipper.

The zippered main compartment contains elastic bands and dividers for organising medical contents, and a separate front pocket provides another storage area. These organisers are built into the pouch itself; medical equipment is not included with the AZ1.

Cordura 500D and a Cordura 1000D-based laminate form the carrying structure. The pouch measures approximately 185 × 170 × 50 mm and weighs 249 g, defining the size and empty weight of the removable medical module. Medical equipment is not included, so these dimensions and weight describe the empty pouch module rather than a stocked first-aid configuration.
