Helikon-Tex Water Filter Bag - Available in Multiple Variants

A simple mechanical Helikon-Tex water filter was created on the basis of the design of filters used by the British Army during World War II. The main part of the filter is a thickly woven cotton bag with a capacity of 3 liters. It is sewn diagonally at the bottom, creating a trapezoidal filter. At the top, a string with a loop and a welt is attached to the bag through a reinforced pin. An integral part of the filter bag is a thin polyester case. The lightweight Water Filter Bag weighs only 80 grams and takes up little space when rolled up. It mechanically separates dirt particles from the water . Before consumption, the water should be cleaned with the use of chemical tablets or by boiling it. The product is useful during survival adventures and other forms of camping.
