The “Get some!” T-shirt by Helikon-Tex is a classic cotton tee inspired by the iconic scene from Stanley Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket (1987), where Sergeant Hartman fires from a helicopter while shouting “Get some!”. The characteristic T-shirt cut evolved in the early 20th century from the old one-piece underwear (the so-called union suit). After WWII, T-shaped cotton shirts gained huge popularity, thanks to screen legends like Marlon Brando and James Dean.
