MED Pouch Horizontal MK III is the third generation of Direct Action’s horizontal medical pouch, using a separate inner insert to organise first-aid components.
The outer shell combines a structured form with elastic sections, allowing the contents to expand without turning the pouch into an unstructured bag.
A zip gives access to the insert, while broad elastic loops inside separate medical items and keep them visible after opening. Hypalon® pull tabs can be reached from either side.
The outer surface includes a laser-cut MED marking and loop area for compatible identification patches. The insert also has loop-facing surfaces for selected accessories such as a shears holder.
The pouch can mount through PALS or directly on belts up to 45 mm wide, giving it flexibility across belts, packs and modular platforms.
