NyCo Ripstop – Durability and Comfort

The shirt is made from NyCo Ripstop fabric, a blend of nylon and cotton. Nylon improves resistance to abrasion and tearing, while cotton provides comfort during extended periods of wear. The reinforced Ripstop weave helps prevent small tears from spreading, increasing the garment’s durability.

VersaStretch – Freedom of Movement

Wide VersaStretch panels sewn into the sides of the shirt stretch in four directions, providing greater mobility during dynamic activities. The elastic inserts adapt to body movements without restricting mobility. The breathable construction supports temperature regulation and helps maintain comfort during intense physical activity.

Field products in PL Woodland camouflage use materials designed with NIR (Near Infrared), also referred to as IRR (Infrared Reflectance), properties. These materials help reduce silhouette contrast when viewed through near-infrared devices.

Visible fabrics and components are selected to absorb, reflect and transmit radiation as closely as possible to the natural woodland environment. The materials are tested in both laboratory and field conditions using spectrophotometers and analogue night vision devices.
