Helikon-Tex Mapnik Cordura® 500D Field - all available colors

Helikon-Tex Cordura® 500D Field Map Case is a compact protective map case designed to keep your map safe in a transparent, zippered compartment while protecting it from adverse weather conditions.

The case is made entirely of durable Cordura® 500D. On the outside, it features two snap-button pockets and two open pockets. One side is also equipped with loops for a pen, Sharpie marker, or similar items.

When not in use, the MAP CASE can be folded in half and secured with a snap button.

Field products in PL Woodland camouflage provide NIR (Near Infrared), also known as IRR (Infrared Reflective), functionality. The materials used help reduce the contrast of the silhouette when viewed through devices operating in the near-infrared spectrum.

All visible fabrics and components have been selected to absorb, reflect, and transmit radiation in a way that closely resembles the natural woodland environment. Each material is tested both in the laboratory and in the field using a spectrophotometer and analogue night vision devices.
