MUSTANG Rescue/Gun Belt combines a slim profile with a rigid, load-supporting construction. Heavy-duty tubular webbing and proprietary laminate form the belt body, which is stiffened to support holsters, magazine pouches and other belt-mounted equipment.
The main closure is an AustriAlpin® Cobra buckle. Near the buckle, a reinforced and stiffened anchor point accepts compatible carabiners, including the Direct Action FROG® buckle.
MUSTANG can be worn on its own as a trouser or equipment belt, paired with the matching inner belt, or used together with the MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve. The available waist ranges are S 80–90 cm, M 90–100 cm, L 100–110 cm and XL 110–120 cm.
Weight is 195 g in size M. Direct Action explicitly states that the belt is not intended for climbing or use as life-saving equipment.
