Direct Action MED Pouch Vertical MK II – All Available Variants

MED Pouch Vertical MK II adapts the removable-insert concept to a narrow vertical format that occupies less horizontal space on a belt or modular panel.

The outer shell is made from Cordura® 500D and laminate and closes with a hook-and-loop flap marked with a large MED identification area.

Inside, a lightweight fold-out insert uses elastic loops to hold medical components in an organised layout that can be accessed with one hand.

The interior also uses loop fabric for compatible inserts or accessory holders.

Mounting supports standard MOLLE/PALS surfaces as well as direct belt carry on belts up to 45 mm wide.

The pouch weighs approximately 152 g.

The removable medical insert is the main access element of the Vertical MK II. Once the hook-and-loop flap is opened, the lightweight insert can unfold while elastic loops keep individual medical components arranged on it, so the outer shell does not have to be searched as one deep pocket.

The narrow vertical shell can be mounted either to MOLLE/PALS or directly on a belt up to 45 mm wide, giving the same Cordura® 500D/laminate pouch two attachment routes. At approximately 152 g, the mounting choice changes the interface rather than requiring a different medical insert or outer shell.
